Above Left: A construction vehicle sits atop the pile of rubble that used to be the building nearest New Street. This building was demolished conventionally due to its close proximity to the New Street overpass.
Above Right: This is the rubble from the building that appears in the right side of our implosion photos. Its debris was easy to contain given that it sat in the middle of the apartment complex.
Left: This is the rubble of the building at the corner of Rt. 18 and Oliver Street. This photo was taken from a moving car, and had I been able to shoot it just a second sooner, it would've shown just how close the building had been to a pedestrian bridge over Rt. 18. The debris from this building was very well contained, and was kept safely away from the bridge.
